Heavy Mech Pepakura file by lubre53 Heavy Mech Pepakura file by lubre53
here is release of heavy mech papercraft file for anyone who wants to make it. in order to print this file you will need A2 card with around 220gsm weight. cut card up the middle so that you have a piece that is wide enough to fit into printer and is 2 X A4 length. i usually buy an A2 water colour art pad from any art supply shop. If you are still with me here is the download link [link]
In order to use file type big papercraft for password, when prompted. Otherwise enjoy and send message if you have any questions.

Bout 2 months including model editing and pep work. He's a pretty old model so textures are a bit pixelated. Hope you enjoy making it?

Hey there :D i started the unreal mech ;) just a question, did u start top to bottom or vice versa? i started  with both feet to create rigidity for rest of the body and i gave it some poliester resin to strengthen.what do you think?

great to see you making the mech. As far where to start, it doesn't really matter with this model because all parts are separate pieces.
You can start with the gun or the arms or the body and then join them together at the end. What sort of paper are you using? i used 250 gsm
pastel art pad and it is still standing today, but using a thinner card with resin should give a better finish( less visible joins).
I'll watch u to see progress. good luck and if u have any more question let me know :D

I kinda wonder how hard it would be to make just some standard joints and hide in these things.. Just to make them pose-able

Hi lubre53. I have a quick question. Is it possible to take this file and convert it to (dxf) format? The reason I ask, is I would like to get this CAD cut and I'm going to make a 1/1 scale model for a suit. It will be cut out of high density poly foam on a water jet cutter. This is actually a trial run for me, just to see if and how to cut and fit together. If we can make this work, I'll be happy to send you picks of the completed project. My email is goliath012001@yahoo.com

Unreal 2 The Awakening, heavy commando with M700 I26 12G simi-auto riotgun a.k.a The Crowd Pleaser. The Heavy was first seen in mission 2: the swamp during the attack of the Izarian hordes. Nice, look at me go'n all nerd on this page.

Oh hell yeah, sadly not vary many people still remember the original Unreal and Unreal 2 only the Tournament series and sometimes the championship series. Not that the others are not cool and all but if you're a fan of Unreal you've got to know where if came from.
